Admins
Set up your operator, manage members and roles, connect integrations, and configure the Obsidian Jet platform.
Documentation for platform administrators — the people who stand up an operator on Obsidian Jet and keep it configured. If you own the tenant, decide who can do what, and wire the platform into your other systems, this is your track.
Every job below maps to a surface that ships today in the OS console (/os).
Each how-to link points at a stable URL; where the write-up has not landed yet,
that is where it will live.
What you can do here
Your top jobs, roughly in the order most admins hit them:
- Set up your operator account — certificate details, billing entity, and the one-time platform onboarding.
- Invite members and assign roles — add users, grant dispatcher / sales / maintenance / crew roles, and revoke access.
- Mint API keys and install the quote widget — manage your MCP keys and drop the Quote widget on your own site.
- Connect email — your outbound delivery posture and inbound forwarding for charter inquiries.
- Connect Stripe — onboard Stripe Connect to get paid, or mark invoices paid manually without it.
- Set up your fleet — add your tails and set the hourly sell rate each one quotes at.
- Set your pricing policy and approval floor — require sign-off on below-floor quotes.
- Understand demo mode — what the DEMO badge means, and what demo mode does and doesn't change.
- Configure tenant-wide settings — platform defaults, feature toggles, and operator-level preferences.
- Manage the documents library — upload, version, and share operator documents across the platform.
- Post announcements — broadcast a notice to everyone in your operator.
- Connect your integrations — link FL3XX, Leon, and accounting systems through the integrations hub, and watch their health.
- Manage data feeds — configure the weather, airport, and runway feed providers the compliance engines read from.
- Store provider credentials securely — keep third-party API keys in the provider vault, never in code.
- Review login history — audit who signed in, from where, and when.
- Manage agreement and email templates — maintain the charter-agreement and transactional-email templates your team sends.
- Set up distribution and the broker network — choose which channels and broker partners see your availability.
- Grant agent access: webhooks and MCP — register webhooks and manage the MCP console for agent stacks.
New guides land behind these stable URLs as the admin content epics ship. If a link 404s, the surface already exists in the console — the write-up is on the way.
